SnelContact.com Privacy Policy
SnelContact.com uses the information you enter during registration to create and maintain your personal contact page.
What information do we use?
Your name, city, short description, WhatsApp, email, SMS, phone number, social-media links, and any optional profile information you choose to provide, such as a profile photo, profession, company, About Me text, address or country.
Public information
The details you submit for your contact page are intended to be publicly visible. By submitting the form, you give permission for this publication.
Visitor contact sharing
A visitor can choose to share their own name, email address, phone number and an optional message with the owner of a SnelContact page. This information is sent by email to that page owner and is not displayed publicly on SnelContact.com.
After sharing, the visitor may choose to create their own SnelContact page. SnelContact can temporarily store the shared name, email address and phone number for up to 7 days so those fields can be securely prefilled. The temporary data is accessed through a random private token and is deleted after successful registration or after expiry.
An invitation email to create a SnelContact page is sent only when the visitor actively selects the optional invitation checkbox.
Profile photos
Optional profile photos are stored on the SnelContact.com server so they can be displayed on the public contact page.
Technical storage
The information is stored in the SnelContact.com database. We use only the information needed to provide and manage the service.
Changing or deleting your information
You can request a secure self-service link at SnelContact.com/change to change your details or delete your page.
Advertisements
The free contact page may contain a small advertisement at the bottom. The advertisement is separate from the personal information of the page owner.
